Pesto Sausage Traybake

After everyone loved the last tray bake so I thought I’d make another one! Who doesn’t love pesto!

    Heat the oven to 180C. Slice up all your vegetables. Parboil the potato’s for 5 minutes.

    Add the potato’s and red onion into an oven proof dish. Cover in oil and season with Italian herbs, garlic granules, salt and pepper. Top with the sausages and cook for 30 minutes before removing from the oven.

    Add in the tenderstem and green beans. Spoon over the green pesto and turn your sausages. Add back into the oven for another 25 minutes.

    Finally time to serve up. I added some of the pesto oil and a sprinkle of parmesan!
