Pesto Pork Smash Burgers

These were so delicious! I think they would be lovely with an egg too!

    Deskin the pork sausages and add to a bowl with salt, pepper, garlic granules, chilli flakes and oregano. Split into four and roll into balls. Add to a pan and flatten with a spatula. Cook for a 2-3 minutes each side, until the pork is cooked through and golden.

    In a separate pan, fry off the bacon until golden.

    Top two of the burgers with cheese and cover to allow the cheese to melt. Also toast the ciabatta rolls and mix together the pesto and mayonnaise.

    Load the ciabatta rolls with pesto mayonnaise, rocket, two burgers, crispy bacon and crispy onions then enjoy!
