Cut the sweet potato into wedges and coat in garlic granules, paprika and oil.

Oven bake for 40 minutes on 190c and then 20 minutes on 200c.

Slice the halloumi and add to a pan.

Brush over some harissa paste and honey on either side and allow to become crispy.
