    Add a splash of oil to a pan along with the onions and peppers. Cook for a few minutes until soft. Then add in the chopped garlic, harissa paste, italian herbs, smoked paprika and tomato purée.

    Add in the orzo and vegetable stock. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until the orzo is cooked through. You will need to stir every 5 minutes to avoid the orzo sticking to the pan.

    Add in the parmesan. Stir through and add in more water if the orzo becomes too stodgy.

    In a seperate pan add the sliced halloumi. Brush over the harissa paste and honey on both sides. Cook until crispy.

    Serve the orzo topped with halloumi and parsley.
