Harissa Chorizo Shakshuka

I’ve not had shakshuka in a very long time but it’s the perfect breakfast! It was so filling so hit save and give it a try this weekend!

    Add the onion and peppers to a pan. Season with smoked paprika, garlic granules, salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.

    Add in the chorizo and cook for another few minutes.

    Add in the harissa paste, chopped tomatos and passata. Simmer for 4-5 minutes.

    Make four holes in the sauce, crack in the eggs and cover.

    Once the eggs are cooked through, top with feta and parsley. Serve with toast.
