Easy Thai Tom Yum Wonton Noodle Soup

A classic favourite, Tom Yum soup made at home with wonton noodles and juicy wonton.

    Boil your wontons, noodles, and bok choy, then set aside.

    Heat up the oil in a small soup pot over medium heat.

    Add garlic and red chilli, and stir until fragrant, then add the chicken stock.

    Stir in Thai Tomyum paste and lime leaves, along with the seasoning.

    Let it simmer for 4 minutes over low heat to infuse more flavors, then add coconut milk and stir well.

    Remove the lime leaves and turn off the heat.

    For extra tang, add lime juice (optional)

    Arrange your noodles in a serving bowl, then ladle the broth over.

    Top with wontons and vegetables, garnish with green onions, and chilli oil.
