    To make the dough, put the flour bow into a bowl and add the yeast, oil, water and a good pinch of salt. Bring together in the bowl and then tip out onto a floured surface. Knead for 8-10 minutes on a floured surface until pale and smooth. If the dough his too dry, add more water and too sticky add more flour.     Meanwhile, make the tomato sauce, strain the tomatoes in a sieve to remove all the excess liquid. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the tomato puree, oregano, garlic powder and plenty. Mix well.

    Dry the mozzarella balls with kitchen paper. Cut into slices and pat them dry.

    Pre-heat the grill to high. Roll one of the dough balls out into a pizza shape that’s big enough to cover the bottom of the frying pan you are using – it needs to be non-stick and oven proof.

    Heat the frying pan over a high heat and add a tiny drizzle of oil. place the pizza into the pan and spoon over some of the tomato sauce. Top with the mozzarella, pepperoni and some chilli flakes. Pop until the grill to cook the top for about 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted. Finish off with fresh parmesan before serving.
