Nduja Crispy Chicken Parmesan Pasta

Since buying this Nduja from M&S I’ve been throwing it into so many things! Tastes absolutely UNREAL, such a simple, easy way to add flavour!

    Combine panko and cornflour with half the smoked paprika, mixed herbs and garlic salt. Coat chicken breast in the remaining paprika, garlic and mixed herbs. Dip in egg white and then the cornflake mix.

    Pop the chicken into the air fryer, spray with oil and air fry at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip and then cook on max grill (240) for 8 minutes or until til cooked through & crispy

    Meanwhile, pop a pan on medium heat, spray with oil. Once hot add your onion and cook for 5 minutes until soft.

    Next add the garlic and nduja and cook for 1 minute.

    Add Passata and season to taste, simmer on low for 10 minutes. Meanwhile pop your spaghetti on to cook according to packet instructions.

    Add some of the pasta sauce to your crispy chicken add mozzarella and pop back into the airfryer for 2 mins for the cheese to melt

    Add your cooked spaghetti and a splash of pasta water.

    Serve the spaghetti, add your crispy chicken and then finish with basil and Parmesan and ENJOY!
