Buffalo chicken is SPPPIICCCYYY but oh my gosh it’s heaven! Paired with a ranch yoghurt in a toasted brioche bun it’s perfection and sooo easy to make!

For the ranch style yoghurt

Directions

    Butterfly your chicken breast and coat your chicken in smoked paprika, garlic granules, salt and pepper.

    Heat a pan on medium heat, spray with oil and cook your chicken for 5-7 minutes on each or until cooked through.

    Brush your buffalo sauce on each side of you chicken and cook for a minute.

    Meanwhile combine your yoghurt and house dressing.

    To toasted brioche buns add your ranch yoghurt, rocket and then your buffalo chicken & ENJOY!

    Add rocket to the burger.
