Double BBQ Bacon Smashed Chicken Burger

Soo tasty and super high in protein! The bbq sauce just makes it singā€¦ just whole heartedly hooked on bbq sauce!

    Season the chicken mince with smoked paprika, garlic salt, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper. Pop the bacon into the air fryer for 10-12 minutes at 200 until crispy.

    Shape the chicken mince into 4 balls and then smash them out with your hands so they're super flat. If you have a burger press, you could just smash them in the pan.

    Heat a large frying pan on a medium-high heat and add the smashed patties. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Then top with the cheese slice, place a lid on top to steam and melt the cheese.

    Toast the brioche buns, add the BBQ sauce, then add the burger patties and bacon & ENJOY.
