Butter chicken is probably one of my favourite curries and this packs all the flavour of butter chicken with far less calories than your typical takeaway

    Coat your chicken in half the spice mix.

    Spray a pan with oil, place on a medium heat and add the chicken, cook for 5 minutes or until browned all over then remove from the pan.

    Cook your rice according to packet instructions.

    Melt the butter in the pan, then add your onion, garlic and ginger to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or until softened, add your remaining spices and cook for 1 minute.

    Add your Passata and chicken and cook for 5 minutes on a low heat or until the chicken is cooked

    Add your yoghurt and cream and stir through, cook for 1 minute and then garnish with coriander.

    Serve with your rice and naan and ENJOY!
