Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan.

Coat your chicken in yoghurt, harissa, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic salt and cayenne pepper

To 3 dishes add a 1/3 of the rice, peppers, onion, marinated chicken, garlic,tomato purée to each. Season with salt and pepper and add 100ml water to each.

Pop them into the oven for 35-40 minutes or until the rice is cooked.

Pop them into the fridge until your ready to eat then heat in the microwave until heated the whole way through and then finish with feta, pomegranate seeds & ENJOY
