I used a Bosc pear for this recipe. You can use any pear, but you may have to add cooking time as these pears can cook pretty quickly.

    Add chopped pear, sugar, water, cornstarch, and cinnamon to a sauce pot and stir until pear becomes soft and jammy, about 8 minutes.

    Mix the cornstarch with the water to make a slurry first.

    Add coconut yogurt to a bowl with the pear mixture and top with granola.

    Can also be served cold.
