Air Fried Peaches with Ice Cream

Combine coconut cream, whipped cream, and frozen peaches in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a container to freeze overnight or around 6 hours.

Cut fresh peaches in half and remove seed. Brush with maple syrup or vegan honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Air fry for about 12 minutes or until soft and lightly brown caramelized.

Top the peaches with the ice cream and drizzle some vegan honey or maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
