    In a skillet heat up the oil and add in the onions. Cook until translucent then add the red pepper and habanero and sauté until soft.

    Next crumble and add in the tofu and all the spices.

    Add plant milk and cook for about 5 mins.

    Add in the spinach just long enough to cook until wilted.

    Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve hot with a slice of toasted bread.
