Cook rigatoni in salted water according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.

Pat dry and flatten the chicken breast. Season with salt, pepper, red chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning. Drizzle with oil and mix until coated.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken fillets and cook for 6 minutes per side. Add butter in the last 2 minutes; avoid overcooking.

Remove cooked chicken from the pan. Add onion and sauté for 30 seconds. Add garlic and mix. Add bell peppers and cook for 1 minute.

Add heavy whipping cream. Add seasoning: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, and Italian seasoning. Mix well. Add mozzarella cheese. Add reserved pasta water; let sauce thicken. Add baby spinach; mix until wilted

Add cooked rigatoni to the sauce. Slice cooked chicken and add on top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Garnish with chopped parsley.
