    Heat milk for 30-40 seconds in microwave or until lukewarm. Let cool if too hot. Add yeast, stir gently. Let mixture sit for 10 minutes.

    Combine 2 cups (250g) flour, salt, sugar in a mixing bowl.

    Add softened butter, egg, milk-yeast mixture and vanilla bean paste. Mix with a wooden spoon until combined.

    Gradually add 2 additional cups (250g) of flour, mixing with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms. Add the remaining 1/2 cup (60g) of flour and mix until the dough starts to come together.

    Lightly grease your hands with oil and knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, until it forms a smooth, elastic ball.

    Place dough in greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in warm place for 30 minutes.

    Prepare Filling: Mix softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon.

    Roll Out Dough and Add Filling: Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Spread filling mixture evenly. Roll dough tightly. Cut rolled dough into 12-15 pieces using a thread or unflavored floss. Place rolls in greased baking dish.

    Bake Rolls: Preheat oven to 350°F (190°C) Bake rolls for 25-30 minutes.

    Prepare Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, salt. Add milk, mix until desired consistency.

    Frost Rolls: Let rolls cool for 5 minutes. Spread frosting over cooled rolls.
