Chicken Big Mac with Big Mac Sauce

    In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

    Grease hands with oil and shape into round patties.

    Place patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes.

    Divide flour into two dishes(1/2 cup each). Mix cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and water in one dish to make a thick batter.

    Heat oil in a frying pan. Coat chicken patties in dry flour mixture, then wet batter.

    Fry on medium-low for 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked and crispy golden brown.

    Mix Big Mac Sauce ingredients in a bowl.

    Assemble sandwiches: Brioche bun, Lettuce, Pickled cucumbers, Big MC Chicken patty, Big Mac Sauce
