Cheeseburger Spring Rolls with Special Sauce

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and sauté until caramelized (5-6 minutes).

Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1 minute.

Add ground beef and cook for 3-4 minutes, breaking it up.

Add seasoning: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red chili powder.

Cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked.

Remove and set aside.

Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Refrigerate until ready to use.

Lay a spring roll sheet on a flat surface.

Add 1-2 slices of cheddar cheese.

Place 1-2 tbsp of the beef mixture in the center.

Drizzle 1-2 tsp of Cheeseburger Sauce on top.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese.

Fold the bottom half, then the sides, and roll up tightly, sealing with flour slurry.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F.

Fry spring rolls until golden brown (3-4 minutes per side).

Drain excess oil.

Serve hot with additional Cheeseburger Sauce for dipping.
Notes
Use high-quality spring roll sheets. Don't overfill the spring rolls. Freeze assembled spring rolls for 10-15 minutes before frying. For baking, preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 12-15 minutes. Air fry for 15-20 minutes at 400°F, lightly spraying with oil.
