    Melt 2 tablespoons of salted butter in a saucepan.

    Add 1/2 diced shallot, 3 freshly chopped garlic cloves, 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon, and a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley. Stir around the pan until fragrant.

    Add 1 pint of heavy whipping cream and 1/4 cup of pasta water. Season with garlic parmesan seasoning, salt, white pepper, red crushed peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, and a dash of parsley.

    Let the sauce come to a simmer.

    Once bubbling, reduce heat and add fresh parmesan and shredded italian style cheese.

    Add pasta to the sauce and stir.
