Ingredients: 300 g milk; 55 g sugar; 3 g plain agar; 1 egg yolk (optional); 20 g Colatta White Compound; 30 g Colatta Dark Compound; 300 g milk; 55 g sugar; 1 egg yolk (optional); 3 g plain agar; 50 g Colatta Dark Compound; 1 tbsp Bendico Cocoa Powder; 300 g milk; 55 g sugar; 1 egg yolk (optional); 3 g plain agar; 35 g Colatta White Compound

another chocolate dessert recipe from me super tasty, chocolate-y, & easy to make. you just need to be patient to make each layers

mix all pudding ingredients, cook in low heat while stirring continuously until boiling.

ensure the previous layer is set before pouring the next layer.

use spoon and pour it carefully to keep the previous layer intact

after all layer is done, let the topmost layer hardened before letting it chill in the fridge.
