it’s still the vibe of the mooncake festival, so i made salted egg lava mooncake

    for the crust, mix butter and sugar. add the egg and continue mixing. lastly add in the flour and milk powder. continue mixing until it forms a dough. divide into several parts and give them food colouring.

    weigh each part of the mooncake as follows: the crust: 15gr; mung bean paste: 20gr; salted egg custard: 10gr

    wrap the frozen custard in the mung bean paste, shape it into a ball. then wrap it again with the mooncake crust firmly.

    shape it using mooncake mould. after that, let them chill in the fridge for 20mins before baking.

    bake them in 160C for 10mins. enjoy!
