    Mix all cookie dough ingredients thoroughly. Divide into 6pcs (25g each), and 12pcs (2g each) for the ears.

    Mix and knead all bread ingredients except butter and salt using a stand mixer until half smooth.

    Add in the butter and salt, knead until elastic and smooth for ± 15mins. Round the dough up and let it proof for 1 hour.

    Punch the air out, divide the dough into 6 pcs (40g each) and 12 pcs (4g each) for the ears.

    Round them up and put the cookie dough on the top (like shown in the video).

    Sprinkle the sugar then score the top using a knife (like shown in the video). Let them proof for another 30-45mins or until doubled in size.

    Bake on 160C for 20-25mins (might differ based on your own oven).

    After baking, let them cool down and decorate with melted chocolate.
