Ingredients: 200 g mascarpone or cream cheese; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 75 g powdered sugar; 20 g honey (Optional); 120 g heavy cream; 110 g unsalted butter; 150 g granulated sugar; 1 egg; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 0.5 tsp baking powder; 0.5 tsp baking soda; 0.5 tsp salt; 1 tbsp matcha powder

cookies & matcha are the perfect combo! i made these matcha cookies with a cheese frosting topping, they turned out sooo good
