Jellycat Potato Bread
making savoury bread, inspired by @jellycat. it's super soft and fluffy with mashed potato and cheese inside

mix all ingredients except butter and salt. knead them using dough hook attachment on a mixer.

add in the butter and salt, continue knead them for 15mins or until elastic
- 3
divide to 6 equal parts and put 20g aside for the leg parts (add 3g cocoa powder on it)

round the dough up, let them rest for 15mins

mix all ingredients and divide into 6 parts (± 40g each). round these pieces up.

take one bread dough, flat it down using rolling pin, put the balled up filling and wrap the bread dough all around it.

shape the choco dough for the legs (3g each)

dust the whole bread with the mix of cocoa and milk powder. let them rest for 30mins

after they doubled in size, bake them in 170C for 20mins. draw the faces with edible marker
