German Potato Salad

A classic Swabian potato salad recipe, considered by the author to be the best in the world.

Ingredients

Directions

    Cook the potatoes in well-salted water.

    While the potatoes are still warm, peel and cut into thin slices.

  3. 3

    Finely chop the onion and optionally sauté with the oil until translucent.

  4. 4

    Add the salt, vinegar, vegetable stock and oil to the potatoes. Mix and season to taste.

    Cover and leave to stand for a few hours or enjoy straight away!
