3 Ingredient Vegan Peanut Butter Freezer Fudge

For when you want somethin’ sweet but don’t wanna run to the grocery store OR turn on the oven

    Line a 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

    Mix together the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, (optional vanilla and salt )until smooth.

    Fold in 1/4 cup chocolate chips.

    Pour the fudge into the pan.

  5. 5

    Freeze for 5-10 minutes, then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips on top of the fudge and press them in a bit if necessary.

    Freeze until firm for about 30 minutes.

    Sprinkle with a little sea salt.

  8. 8

    Cut into 10-12 squares.


Notes

Store fudge in a freezer safe container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
