Ingredients: 1.5 cups all-purpose flour; 1.5 cups gluten free AP flour (optional); 0.5 cups coconut sugar; 0.25 cups cane sugar; 1 teaspoons baking soda; 0.5 teaspoons baking powder; 1 teaspoons sea salt; 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice; 2 teaspoons cinnamon; 1 teaspoons vanilla; 2 eggs; 1 cups pumpkin puree; 0.33 cups almond milk (or regular milk); 0.5 cups olive oil; 0.5 cups flour; 0.5 cups coconut sugar; 1 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice; 0.5 teaspoons cinnamon; 0.25 teaspoons salt; 0.25 cups unsalted butter (room temperature)

Coconut Sugar Crumble

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

Using clean hands mix together the flour, coconut sugar, spices and butter until small crumbles form and everything is combined.

Sprinkle crumble on top of the cake batter.

Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean).

Let it sit for an hour(ish) before slicing and serving!
