Crispy Salmon Bowl

Rinse a salmon filet, pat dry, and remove skin. Cut into cubes.

Toss salmon cubes in olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper.

Airfry OR bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes.

Make jasmine rice according to the box/package.

Once rice is fully cooked, squeeze 1/2 a lime into the pot, a sprinkle of sea salt, and 1/3 cup of chopped cilantro. Mix.
