    Remove the skin from the bottom of the filet(s) using a sharp knife & rinse under cold water. Pat dry.

    Slice salmon into cubes and place into a bowl.

    Drizzle olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, paprika, Sir Kensington’s Chile Lime Crema! Mix salmon pieces into the marinade until well coated and let sit for 10 min.

    Air fry at 400F for 10 minutes flipping the salmon bites halfway through. Cook until crispy!
