Name: White Chicken Chili
Ingredients: 1 diced yellow onion; 1 tbsp olive oil; 2 tbsp garlic (minced); 16 oz low sodium chicken broth; 1 small can diced green chilis; 1 tbsp cumin; 1 tsp paprika; 0.5 tsp dried oregano; 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper; salt and pepper; 1 package (8 oz) lite cream cheese; 1 cup fresh corn; 2 cans cannellini beans; 2.5 cups shredded chicken; 1 tbsp lime juice; 2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro

It’s finally cooling down here in the DC area and all I can think about is cozy meals. This white chicken chili is PERFECT!
