Bacon Wrapped Dates

Directions

   Preheat oven to 400 F.

   Slice dates in half. Spoon in small portion of goat cheese and put the date back together.

   Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around the date and secure with toothpick.

   Bake at 400 F for 10-15 minutes - until bacon is fully cooked and crispy.
