Ingredients: 1 tbsp butter; 1 large yellow onion, chopped; 1 (3 lb) butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cubed; 3 tbsp minced garlic; 2 tbsp fresh sage, chopped; 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped; 1 tbsp minced ginger; 3 cups vegetable broth; fresh ground pepper

We are fully into soup season now and this one....is GOOOOOD! Maybe a little thicker than the average soup, but hey, you can always add more veggie stock right
