It has now become a tradition to officially kick off the season with this breakfast. It’s fluffy, packed with cozy fall flavors, and absolutely delicious.

    In a bowl, combine all the ingredients to form the batter.

    Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, ensuring it soaks up all the flavors.

    Preheat a pan over medium-low heat and coat it with avocado oil.

    Cook the soaked bread slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Check at the 2-minute mark and cook for another minute if needed.

    Top with butter, maple syrup, bananas, and figs.
