    In a small pot, pour in the bone broth, bring to boil and stir in the oats. Add the butter and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.

    Remove the lid after 5 minutes. Continue simmering until done.

    Transfer the cooked oatmeal to a bowl, then top it with cheese. Pop the bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds to allow the cheese to fully melt.

    Top with over-easy eggs, green onions and extra black pepper. Enjoy!
