    Start by heating olive oil in a large pot, then add the chopped onion. Cook over low heat with the lid on, stirring occasionally, until the onion turns golden.

    Add the ground turkey to the pot with the onion. Turn the heat to medium-high and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring and breaking up the turkey as it cooks.

    Pour in the fire-roasted tomatoes and simmer on medium heat with the lid on for 15 minutes.

    Stir in the black beans, pinto beans, garbanzo beans, sweet corn, bay leaves, spices, and broth.

    Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 20-25 minutes with the lid on.
