For the chicken

    Cut your chicken breast into half, and pound both pieces thin.

    Mix all the spices with some olive oil and coat chicken pieces evenly.

    In a pan, heat up some oil and cook the chicken until browned.

    Remove and set aside.

    In a deep pan, heat up butter and when it’s melted add the flour and keep whisking for a minute until it’s fragrant.

    Then add in the chicken broth and milk, and keep whisking until the sauce is smooth and there are no lumps.

    When the sauce is thickened and smooth, add the white pepper, black pepper, chilli flakes and shredded cheddar cheese.

    Mix everything together, sprinkle some oregano.

    Add the boiled pasta to the sauce, mix everything together.

    Serve with the sliced chicken breast and enjoy!
