Bring the pasta water to the boil and cook the pasta al dente (catch 1 ladle of pasta water and set aside).

In a large pan, sauté the finely chopped onion in olive oil for a minute, then add the finely chopped sausages and continue to fry.

Briefly fry the tomato paste and deglaze everything with cream and pasta water.

Add the spices and mozzarella and let simmer briefly.

Now add the noodles and mix well.
