One pot Meatball Mac n Cheese

    Fry the meatballs until crispy.

    Add in the onions and cook until soft.

    Add in the garlic and tomato puree and cook for a minute.

  4. 4

    Remove the cooked meatballs from the pan and set aside.

  5. 5

    Add in the uncooked pasta and give it a good mix.

  6. 6

    Add in the stock and milk and cook until most of the liquid has absorbed.

    Add the cooked meatballs back in and half of the cheese and mix until the cheese has melted.

    Season to taste and add more liquid if needed.

    Sprinkle over the remaining cheese and pop under the grill until golden and bubbling.

    Garnish, Serve and enjoy.
