Packed with flavor and perfect for a week night dinner.

    Cook 1/2 lb of pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.

    Cut up 2 chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder, paprika & dried basil. Mix until covered.

    Add olive oil to a pan on medium heat then add your seasoned chicken. Cook it for a few minutes on both sides then remove the chicken from the pan.

    Add 3 tbsp of butter to the same pan, along with 1 small diced onion. Season with salt and pepper and cook until tender.

    Add in 3 cloves minced garlic. Cook the garlic until it’s fragrant then add a handful of fresh spinach & 1/2 a cup of sundried tomatoes.

    Cook for a few minutes until the spinach cooks down then add 1 cup of heavy cream & 1/2 cup of chicken broth. Mix well then let your sauce cook until it’s slightly simmering.

    Lower the heat & season with same seasonings used for chicken.

    Add in your cooked pasta, chicken & 1 cup of Parmesan cheese with some fresh basil. Add more pasta water as needed. Mix well then top with more cheese and fresh basil & enjoy!!
