    Heat a large skillet to medium.

    Dice your bell pepper and chop your parsley.

  3. 3

    Once the skillet is hot, spray with avocado oil, then add your ground beef and start breaking apart with a spatula.

    Once mostly cooked, add your taco seasoning and push aside on the pan to cook the bell pepper for 2-3 minutes.

    Once bell pepper softens a little, add fresh parsley and strained can of corn.

    Wash and chop your lettuce.

    Assemble your bowls with lettuce, the beef/veggie mixture, salsa, lemon or lime juice, avocado, black pepper, and crushed tortilla/corn chips on top for a crunch.
