    Preheat oven to 375F.

    In a medium bowl, add the peeled ripe bananas and mush with a fork.

    Add the peanut butter, oats, salt and chocolate and mix.

    A semi-thick batter should come together. Add more oats if needed.

    Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out 4 cookies onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

    Top each cookie with 2 raspberries.

    Bake for 12 minutes.

    Let cool.
