Shortcut to authentic Persian flavor with Ariana Sweets Sabzi Ghormeh mix!

    Add the beef cut to a pressure cooker. Then put the blended onion, oil, minced garlic, ginger paste/powder, salt and tomato sauce over it. Mix it together until all the beef cuts are fully covered in the sauce and seasonings. Pressure cook it for 15 minutes on high pressure. Make sure to allow for a natural release otherwise it will sputter all over.

    Now in a separate pan/pot, hydrate the Sabzi Ghormeh mix by Ariana Sweets as you cook on low to medium heat until it’s soft. Add the oil, salt, pepper, and the beef broth from the korma. Stir together until the sabzi is soft. Add in some beef cuts and kidney beans if you please!


Notes

One thing to note, if you don’t want to make any beef korma and use the broth from it, you can simply replace it with a cup of tomato sauce and a cup of premade beef broth.
