Serve Three - Caprese

Serve One - Roast Veg

Egg Mix

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

    Prepare egg mix by whisking 10 eggs together.

  3. 3

    Prepare each flavor by adding ingredients to glass containers.

  4. 4

    Cover with egg mix and top with additional ingredients as needed.

    Cook for 15 minutes or until golden on top and cooked through.

    Heat and eat over the next few days!!
