    Combine flour and yoghurt in a bowl and mix together with your hands until completely combined and dough has formed.

    Add extra flour if too wet or extra yoghurt if too dry.

    Sprinkle some flour on the bench and roll out dough on either side into a thin circle to make your pizza base.

    Add to a frypan heat on medium high heat.

  5. 5

    Cook pizza base on one side until bubbling and golden.

  6. 6

    Flip and top half the pizza with your toppings.

  7. 7

    Fold over the pizza and allow cheese to melt turning the pizza on either side to make sure the outside is golden and crispy.
