Ingredients
Directions
- 1
Start by placing a 9x5 loaf pan in the freezer.
- 2
In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or a stand mixer to whip the cream until stiff peaks occur.
- 3
Once whipped cream is stiff, add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla to the cream and lightly fold in until combined, then add softened cream cheese and fold together.
- 4
Slice and quarter strawberries and crush into a jam consistency. Once strawberries are ready, add 3/4 of them to prepared ice cream mixture and lightly mix in.
- 5
Place half of the ice cream mix in prepared pan and top with half of the white chocolate chips and graham crackers.
- 6
Cover with the remaining ice cream mix, top with the remaining strawberries, and swirl in using a knife. Add remaining white chocolate chips and graham crackers to the top of the ice cream.
- 7
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer on a level surface for 6-8 hours.
