Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates with Maple Syrup, Lemon Thyme, and Red Chili Flakes
The perfect flavor combo, and they are so easy to make. Sweet dates stuffed with creamy goat cheese with a hint of red pepper spice, wrapped in salty bacon, then drizzled in maple syrup with a sprinkle of lemon thyme.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together goat cheese and red pepper flakes.

Split the dates in half lengthwise, but don't cut the date all the way through. Stuff each date with goat cheese, then gently squeeze to seal. Wrap each date with bacon and close together with a toothpick. Place dates on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dates.

Transfer to the oven and bake 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crisping.

Remove from oven and carefully place on a serving tray. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with lemon thyme.
