    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, grease 6 mini baking dishes, and set aside.

    Cut the pineapple into cubes and place in a mixing bowl along with sugar and flour. Mix until the Fresh Del Monte Honeyglow Pineapples are coated evenly. Place the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

    In a separate mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, cinnamon, and sugar. Add butter and use your hands to combine and create a crumble. Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over the top of the Fresh Del Monte Honeyglow Pineapple.

    Bake for 30-40 minutes until the fruit is soft and crumble is golden brown.

    Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
