    Add 1kg soaked red beans in atleast 1.5-2ltr water

    Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric as per taste

    Add 1tbsp of ginger garlic

    Put in the pressure cooker for 30-45 mins until it’s completely done.

    Now to prepare tarka fry 1-2 onions

    Add 2-3 blended tomatoes with 2-3 green chillies, some more salt, chilli powder if needed and some cumin powder.

    Add all the beans in this and mash.

    Put this in the broth again with 1 cup of imli pulp and cook for another 10 mins

    Serve with rice, roti or as is.


Notes

consistency can be adjusted according to preference, we don’t like thick consistency so this is how we make it
