Simmer chicken in a pot with water, garlic, ginger, onion, and ginger until the chicken is done.

Remove everything from the pot and shred the chicken pieces.

Add shredded chicken back in the pot along with capsicum, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms (if using), and corns.

Add chicken cubes, chicken powder, sundip vinegar, sundip soy & chilli sauce, and dark soy sauce.

Mix 1 cup of corn starch with room temperature water and stir well.

Add the corn starch mixture to the pot and stir until the desired consistency is achieved.

Add 3 beaten eggs and gently mix.
